ACA web sites make every visitor wait 2-3 seconds longer than necessary — apply these best practices, and that delay is gone. 2-3 seconds may sound trivial, but it translates to serious performance problems for sites that need to support thousands or millions of users. It might take 3 hours per site to address them. So, why not take care of it?

I dunno, but the developers didn't. So, here's our review of all of the ACA web sites, with grades based on site performance.
