  • history • Baton Rouge Community College was established in 1996. On August 20,1998 Baton Rouge officially opened it doors and 1,866 enrolled to go to the college.
  • Tuition • The community college has many different tuitions: Total One Academic Year Cost • Louisiana Residents: $11,750 • Non Louisiana Residents: $15,302 • Cost Itemization • Tuition for Louisiana Residents: $2,371 • Tuition for non-Louisiana Residents: $5,923 • Room and Board or estimated off campus living expense: $7,459 • Books and Supplies: $1,200 • Other Fees: $720
  • Degrees offered • The community college has 25 different degrees from criminal justice to Veterinary Technology
  • Major program • I will be studying in criminal justice. I will take four years at BRCC to major in criminal justice
  • Curriculum • For me to major in criminal justice I will have to do four semesters an I will have 60 credit hours
  • Other information • BRCC has many different college locations. They gives their students holidays off. Also students attend BRCC to get college credits
  • Why I want to attend BRCC • I want to attend baton rouge community college because I want to go to college an I cant afford to go major universities. Also BRCC has a baseball team that I want to play for.
