    • Liz is trying to lose 40 pounds in the next nine months as she trains for Ironman Wisconsin in September 2014. She uses Map My Fitness to track her calories, workouts, and log her food intake daily.
    • “It’s kind of a pain to have to enter everything….Because sometimes you forget and then I have to estimate. “ Liz on what’s wrong with Map My Fitness app.
    • The perfect Ironman tool for Liz would.. “It would have a calendar of all my workouts, it woud would track my heart rate, my information from my Garmin, so I can see my heart rate going down when I’m running, my speed and cadence blah..blah…
    • “I need tool that would make my life easier. Something that would make my training more efficient. I’m a busy woman and I would love something that is simple, yet effective in helping me kick ass at my Ironman in November!” - Liz
