      • CHALLENGE: To strengthen an inclusive, global platform and multistakeholder activity for the selection and promotion of best practice in e-Content; and to maintain it as a result of the WSIS process.

      • To implement measures that foster capacity building of creative entrepreneurs

      • Create awareness through a thematic forum on e-Content within the UN follow up process

      • Invite member states, the business community and civil society organizations in a multi-stakeholder partnership on e-Content to give recognition through global awards
      • Seek cooperation with all relevant stakeholders active in the area of e-Content to optimize impact and sustain activity until the official WSIS review in 2015
