SEASONING RECIPE n°1: A great mayonnaise fix is Chipotle mayonnaise. Just take one Chipotle pepper and put it in the blender with some mayo. It's yummy. Then, to make it even more of a Mexi-burger, you could spice up your burger meat with a little garlic, cumin, and chili powder and use Monterrey jack cheese on top.
