- SEASONING RECIPE n°1:
- A great mayonnaise fix is Chipotle
- mayonnaise. Just take one Chipotle pepper
- and put it in the blender with some mayo.
- It's yummy. Then, to make it even more of
- a Mexi-burger, you could spice up your
- burger meat with a little garlic, cumin, and
- chili powder and use Monterrey jack cheese
- on top.
- SEASONING RECIPE n°2:
- You can season your burgers with a splash of
- Teriyaki sauce, some Worcestershire sauce,
- garlic powder, onion powder, some cayenne
- pepper, and some paprika. If you do that,
- don't add salt or it will taste salty!
