  • A promising occupation is one that is likely to be in demand in the next 3 to 5 years.This was determined through looking at the aging population of some of the jobs as well as investment and labour shortages within the region.Over 50 employers and associations were consulted to confirm that these occupations are likely to be in demand in the next 3 to 5 years in the region.
