    • 3. <ul><li>Preventing social and professional exclusion and marginalization for youngsters who dropped out school – compulsory education – and do not achieved minimum competencies to get a job! </li></ul><ul><li>e.g.: reading, writing, counting, get the driving license </li></ul>
    • 4. <ul><li>Children/young people/ adults – 4 years older than the legal age admitted for primary level (over 8 years old for first grade) </li></ul><ul><li>Persons who had never attended school </li></ul><ul><li>Persons who abandoned (regardless the motivation) primary school: got married, dropped out school, poverty, </li></ul><ul><li>serious disease etc </li></ul>
    • 5. <ul><li>Day by day – as a regular school, in the morning (rarely) and in the afternoon (usually after work) </li></ul><ul><li>Friday and Saturday – intensive school </li></ul><ul><li>One / two weeks – during the vacation </li></ul><ul><li>Any school can implement the program, if they have at least 8 – maximum 15 students for one group! </li></ul>
    • 6. <ul><li>Commission responsible with the program in each school (head master, secretary, teachers, school mediator, coordinator), </li></ul><ul><li>Proper classrooms and teaching aids, </li></ul><ul><li>Financial support (salaries for the teachers) from the city hall, </li></ul><ul><li>Agreement from the County School Inspectorate </li></ul><ul><li>A lot of paper work!!! – identity of the students, plan works for the teachers, assessment schedules etc. </li></ul>

    • 8. <ul><li>After each module (Romanian, Mathematics etc.) – evaluation session (orally, written) – attendance paper for each module – at the end of the level – certificate of attending primary education level </li></ul><ul><li>A module takes about 5 months – one year of ordinary school year for a child! </li></ul>
    • 9. <ul><li>Young people/ adults – over 14 or 2 years over the legal age admitted for secondary level (over 13 years old for fifth grade) </li></ul><ul><li>Persons who attended primary school </li></ul><ul><li>Persons who abandoned secondary school </li></ul>
    • 10. <ul><li>Attend the mandatory education in order to get a job! </li></ul>
