    2009 Homebuyer Tax Credit - Presentation Transcript

    1. 2009 First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit Simplified Courtesy of Bob Wuest – RE / Max Buy a Home in Cincinnati !
    2. Take a tax credit of 10% of the home’s purchase price - up to a maximum of $8,000
    3. The tax credit does not have to be repaid.
    4. The tax credit is available for first-time home buyers only.
    5. If you are single and earn less than $75,000, or are married and together earn less than $150,000 then you qualify for the tax credit
    6. Only homes purchased on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009 are eligible .
