1. Off-course with Glycol Offgas Rerouting
Als gevolg van Europese regelgeving initieert Shell projecten om de emissie uitstoot van
hydrocaborns te reduceren en dus de kosten te verlagen.
Offgas (Vrij gekomen gassen als gevolg van het productie proces) worden normaliter
afgeblazen aan de atmosfeer, emissie. Om dit te reduceren wordt het offgas eerst opnieuw
gerecycled en gemixed met Fuelgas om te dienen als brandstof voor het fornuis. Het fornuis is
kritiek voor de productie van gas.
Off course = start van route
Off-course = vanzelfsprekend offshore
Off-course = afwijking van planning
