Dr. Gary Ellenbogen In 1999, Dr. Ellenbogen merged his Falls Church, Virginia practice (established in 1988) with Dental Associates to form the largest group practice in Northern Virginia. He has been a member of the American Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Society since he began practicing dentistry. Dr. Ellenbogen has been an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry since 1995. This is where his special interest lies. Dr. Ellenbogen is involved with the "Give Back A Smile" program (sponsored by The American Academy Of Cosmetic Dentistry) which helps to restore the broken teeth of survivors of intimate partner violence at no cost to the survivor. He is also involved in charitable causes called "Knock-Out Abuse Against Women" and "Make A Difference" which helps to assist those people living with cancer. He has taken thousands of hours of continuing education courses in order to keep current with the ever-changing technology in dentistry.

Our Smile Gallery Extreme crowding of teeth in particular the upper right lateral incisor, which was pushed back so far you couldn't of Invisalign only. Patient had very crowded teeth. Work was accomplished using Invisalign.

Our Smile Gallery This patient had a "gum sculpting: performed and 6 porcelain veneers and 2 all porcelain crowns done with the final result being a less "gummy" and more youthful smile. This "simple" case was accomplished by performing 2 porcelain veneers and 1 all porcelain crown to give this patient a natural, yet beautiful smile.

Our Smile Gallery This was accomplished through Invisalign. The upper was completed in 24 weeks and the bottom was completed in 30 weeks. Six upper porcelain veneers were placed in order to close spaces between the teeth as well as to slightly shorten extremely long teeth and to correct misalignment of teeth.
