Raymond C. Hahn, DDS When Dr. Hahn graduated with his dental degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 1984, he set out to change the way patients feel about their dentist, and dentistry in general. He remembers that when he was younger, his dental experiences were not always the most pleasant. Dr. Hahn has since found that making patients more comfortable and informing them thoroughly about their treatment options can completely change their total experience. He feels a more informed patient can make better decisions regarding their care.

Raymond C. Hahn, DDS Dr. Hahn is a firm believer in the value of continuing education. Learning about the latest technologies and then being able to pass this 'new' knowledge on to his patients is what he finds most enjoyable about practicing dentistry. He has therefore been an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry since 1986, a national association of dentists focused only on continuing education. In fact, requirements for continuing education credits through the Academy far exceed the minimal requirements established by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Dr. Hahn is also a member of the American Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Society . Outside of the office, his other interests include hiking, skiing, sailing, home restoration, and spending time with his family.
