Englishspectrum.com was founded by Walter T. in 1999 From the little personal homepage that Walter intended to share with his classmates, friends and family, in 2000 , the site slowly started transforming into a community site. By 2001 Walter could start feeling the niche of the importance of a professional community for expats in Korea. He then gradually started doing some research and collecting useful information for the site. By 2003 , postings on the Jobs board were numbering to 60 posting on average per day. As the site was gaining more and more popularity, In 2004 , with advice from a few friends, Walter decided to get into business and to run the site on a more professional base. He started charging employers a minimum of W9, 000 won to post job ads. Job postings on the job board dropped from 60 to about 3 to 4 job postings a day. About us
