About Us Jeffrey Harrington Homes has been building custom homes in the Houston area since the 1960s. The company was originally founded by William J. Harrington, a Harvard Graduate, who served as President of the Greater Houston Builders Association in 1970. As Harrington Homes, we were one of the original builders in Sugar Creek, Sweetwater, and Greatwood, among other communities in southwest Houston. Since our inception, we have completed many hundreds of homes, specializing in custom homes in the 2,500 to 12,000 square foot range. Our typical projects average in cost from $300,000 to $2,000,000, and above. Patrick Harrington grew up in the business working closely under his father and eventually became President and owner of the company. Patrick has been very active in the GHBA over the years and served on the board of directors of the GHBA in 1984. Patrick continues to be Vice President of the company, having been building custom homes in Houston now for over 28 years.
