ROI: “Building relationships” • Trips are only the “first step” • Winegrowers are the protagonists • Before the trip: • we try to educate wineries to use properly wine social media to maximize engagement with visitors • After the trip: • follow ups, SM campaigns, engaging visitors in future visits in their countries, etc.

Branding a winery/wine region • Detailed info on every aspect of production (before and during the trip) • Different approach for different visitors: are they pros? are they winelovers? • Creating contents in real-time, monitoring contents after the trip • ROI: “reach”, “impressions”, “sentiment”, “posts”, “photos”
