    • Technology Action Plan Mildred Williams Woodson K-8
    • Part 1: Development of an organization chart integrating technology
      • Objective :
      • All (100%) teachers will be able to utilize Campus Online, ASPIRE, and Teacher Workbench in conjunction with myschoollife.com. These tools will be used to analyze their class data to improve instruction and write and implement interventions for struggling students.
      • Teachers will also utilize technology in classrooms as well as laboratories (Science teachers) 50% as part of their instructional strategies to implement differentiation.
      • All staff members will be encouraged to use the E-train for training modules provided by the district.
      • In-house training will be provided during Departmental meeting times to insure that all staff members are familiar with the E-train Express log in process and method.
      • Training will also continue for Gradespeed and Chancery.
      • Goal :
      • The entire teaching staff of Woodson K-8 utilizing technology as an instructional tool and instructional strategy to have technology literate children from grades Pre-K through 8 th Grade.
      • All teachers will have the training and support they need to help students learn using computers as well as other technology appropriate hard ware and software;
      • All teachers and students will have modern multimedia computers in their classrooms with various type of display equipment.
      • Every classroom will be connected to various levels of information gathering channels (internet, intranet, video conferencing)
      • Effective and engaging software and on-line learning resources will be an integral part of every school’s curriculum.
