Training StrategyTraining will seek to equip the learner with the theoryand practice needed to underpin superior hospitalitypractice.Among the varied approaches there will be : theory classes, hands on sessions, individual and group activities, learner - centred and group focussed learning, supported by industrial attachments under the mentorship and guidance of distinguished practitioners. The state of the art equipment will be used for training purposes to give the learners the most up-to-date exposure and experiences possible. Courses will be designed to suit both individual and industrial needs. Customised training will also be designed and run as needed either at the Academy or at the venues most convenient to the learners.
