Demo Spaghetti Bolognaise

  2. 2. Don’t forget your apron<br />
  3. 3. Wash your hands, whilst singing the ‘Happy Birthday’ song!<br />
  4. 4. 1 TBS Tomato paste<br />Collect Ingredients<br />200g Minced Meat<br />1 Rasher Bacon<br />150ml Tomato Soup<br />1 small onion<br />1 tsp Crushed Garlic<br />1 handful of spaghetti<br />
  5. 5. Cut the onion in half, peel the onion, slice the onion towards the core, slice the onion horizontally, watching for fingers, then slice down!<br />
  6. 6. Dice Bacon <br />into small squares<br />
  7. 7. Using your largest pot, boil some water for the pasta<br />Break your pasta in half and add it to the water once it has boiled<br />
  8. 8. Add 1 TBS of oil to the sauce pan and heat over medium heat<br />
  9. 9. Add mince to heated oil<br />
  10. 10. Once the mince has browned, add the onion and bacon<br />
  11. 11. Brown off all ingredients together for 5 minutes, stirring constantly!<br />
  12. 12. Add the tomato soup...<br />Tomato paste...<br />And garlic to the cooked mince<br />
  13. 13. Cook the sauce for 10 minutes on low stirring occasionally!<br />
  14. 14. Pasta is cooked when it is al’dente<br />
  15. 15. Pour the pasta into a strainer<br />Run warm water over pasta to remove starch<br />
  16. 16. Serve the Bolognaise sauce on a bed of pasta<br />
  17. 17. ENJOY!!!!<br />
