  • 1. Spaghetti Bolognaise
  • 2. Don’t forget your apron
  • 3. Wash your hands, whilst singing the ‘Happy Birthday’ song!
  • 4. 1 TBS Tomato paste
    Collect Ingredients
    200g Minced Meat
    1 Rasher Bacon
    150ml Tomato Soup
    1 small onion
    1 tsp Crushed Garlic
    1 handful of spaghetti
  • 5. Cut the onion in half, peel the onion, slice the onion towards the core, slice the onion horizontally, watching for fingers, then slice down!
  • 6. Dice Bacon
    into small squares
  • 7. Using your largest pot, boil some water for the pasta
    Break your pasta in half and add it to the water once it has boiled
  • 8. Add 1 TBS of oil to the sauce pan and heat over medium heat
  • 9. Add mince to heated oil
  • 10. Once the mince has browned, add the onion and bacon
  • 11. Brown off all ingredients together for 5 minutes, stirring constantly!
  • 12. Add the tomato soup...
    Tomato paste...
    And garlic to the cooked mince
  • 13. Cook the sauce for 10 minutes on low stirring occasionally!
  • 14. Pasta is cooked when it is al’dente
  • 15. Pour the pasta into a strainer
    Run warm water over pasta to remove starch
  • 16. Serve the Bolognaise sauce on a bed of pasta
  • 17. ENJOY!!!!
