  1. 2. The cost of running an organization can be very expensive. Holding a fundraiser can be a very easy, cost-efficient way to raise money for your organization. Fundraisers also provide a great team environment for all involved. Everyone can participate in raising funds and work together to help the organization to grow and to be successful.
  2. 3. It is my pleasure to be able to offer to your organization an extremely successful and universally appealing fundraising item -- candles. Our Gourmet Candle is a great product that is a step above the rest. The candles come in many colors and scents, and also boast longevity in burn time. Our candles are definitely a hot item to sell!
  3. 4. 1. TAKING ORDERS - I will supply order forms that will be distributed to all participants in the fundraiser. Participants simply take the orders and collect the money from each customer, and then turn the orders in to your organization. Checks can be made out directly to me, or we can choose to have all checks made out to the organization. It’s your choice. 2. PLACING ORDERS – After the orders are collected, they will be turned in to me. A tax exempt form (if applicable for your state/organization) is also turned in to me at the time the order is placed. 3. DELIVERY – Once the candles come in, I will then deliver them directly to your organization. Or the candles may be delivered straightly to your organization. This makes it easy for everyone involved!
  4. 5. GREAT PROFITABILITY! The Gourmet Candle Fundraiser is designed to be easy and profitable for your organization. The amount you earn per jar sold is very high! (see next page!)   PARTICIPATION INCENTIVE! Each participant will have a chance to earn prizes (if requested). These prizes are specifically picked per organization. And you receive your order as soon as it is shipped. In some cases, we can ship the product STRAIGHT to you! If the product is not shipped directly to you, I will deliver within 2 days of the product arriving at my house, and will help you organize your products into the orders. </li></ul>

  21. 27. <ul><li>Online fundraising is easy, although it’s not as profitable as quickly. Instead of your customers paying a set price for the candles that includes tax, and shipping & handling, your customer orders directly from my Scent-Team website with a retail code. This retail code allows me to know that this order was made for your fundraiser and who the profit goes to. Customers pay for their own shipping and taxes, but they get the benefit of having the products delivered right to their doors. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>Profits will be tallied at the end of the fundraiser, and a check will be sent to my house within the next month. I will then take your profits from the check and send them to you. If you decide this is the route you want to go, the code can be set up for use the next day, and I will send you flyers and other means of advertisement for your fundraiser. Profits are NOT the same as a regular fundraiser. </li></ul>
  22. 28. <ul><li>A book party is basically a home party run by either you or me. I will come to your home, we can set up games, as well as a door prize, and I will bring my supplies. I will send you a flyer to advertise, as well as print out private invitations with numbers that will allow an invitee to win a prize for attending. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>At the book party, all orders will be taken at that time, and you will receive your profits at the end of the day. I will also give everyone a retail code so they can order from my scent team website if they decide to order later on. This code would only be valid until the end of your fundraiser. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>I will bring catalogs, as well as my own personal catalog binder, scent samples, business cards, gift certificates, and flyers. I will also bring several candles to show. No products will be available for sale at that time! </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul>
