Who walks Facebook Usage And Penetration the Dog Facebook Total Penetration Change Users Population since October Estonia 317140 1340675 24% + 3.57% Latvia 224500 2266094 10% + 4.72% Lithuania 789360 3358115 24% + 0.35 % Latvia is still in the race to catch up on Facebook usage with the strongest growth in users in December. The number of users in Lithuania is growing significantly slower than in the other two Baltic states. http://whowalksthedog.com

The number of users in Estonia has grown 24% in that period. In Latvia 41% and in Lithuania 13%.
