Summary<br />Both instructors and students are positive about Blackboard, but…<br />Many of the available features are not being used, because:<br />They are not aware of their existence<br />They don’t know how to use it<br />They want to be supported and informed at the moment of need and 24x7<br />

EesySoft:Navigation System for Blackboard users<br />EesySoft’s Application Positioning System (APS) monitors where users are working within an application <br />It provides reports on how frequently a specific functionality is being used <br />Based on the context users can receive support information about e.g. known problems, changes, FAQs, unused functionality<br />Advantages:<br /><ul><li>Detailed insight in how BB is being used
