    Wes, thanks for putting all this together. It’s a great overview of the expectations and requirements in a nice easy-to-understand format. The changes being made, especially in the way presenters are able to upload their own files to blip and dotsub, are a great idea. It makes so much more sense to use online services that already do all this transcoding and rss feed generation, rather than having that workload fall back onto the organisers. So much more sensible! I also think the use of the Ning to house all this content makes a lot of sense, and the moves made for making the conference extend out beyond the narrow little 2 week window of the actual event are a real step in the right direction. Kudos to you and your team this year! Thanks again for taking this on again. Chris
