KN QUANTITY SURVEYORS About Us KN Quantity Surveyors provide an independent, professional construction cost advice service to build environment clients through the professional business of quantity surveying. KN Quantity Surveyors was established in April 2008 at a small shop-lot unit at USJ Subang Jaya. After years and years of growing, we now have 3 sub-branches across west and east peninsula of Malaysia while we’re still headquartered at USJ Subang Jaya. What We Do We combines traditional quantity surveying skills with extensive investment banking and property knowledge to provide its client base with a value-added cost management and property advisory service. This unique offering is made possible due to the fact that the management team have besides quantity surveying, first hand experiences in the following areas:  -Property Development  -Property Finance  -Property Investment Initiation  -Strategy and Corporate Governance Our consultancy has been awarded many projects within the built environment, ranging from small to large, and covering a wide variety of categories of work. KN’s client base spans both the public and private sectors.
