  • 2. Warm-up 1
    • Pull your tongue back.
    • Lift up your tongue tip.
    • Smile.
    • Say “errrrrrrrrrr”.
  • 3. Warm-up 2
    • Make a fist.
    • Flex your bicep.
    • Feel how tight and strong the muscle is.
    • Now, flex your tongue muscles.
    • Pull your tongue back.
    • Lift up your tongue tip.
    • Smile.
    • Say “errrrrrrrr”.
  • 4. Warm-up 3
    • Make a big wide smile.
    • Say “eeeee”.
    • Relax your lips.
  • 5. Warm-up 4
    • Put tongue depressor between teeth and under tongue.
    • Say “s-s-s-s-s”.
    • Move your tongue back.
    • Let your jaw drop.
  • 6. Warm-up 5
    • Say “ah”.
    • Say a very long “ah”.
    • While you say this very long “ah”, curl your tongue tip up and back.
  • 7. Warm-up 6
    • Say “eeeeeee”.
    • Stretch your tongue wide.
    • Touch your top molars with the sides of your tongue.
    • Now point your tongue tip up toward the roof of your mouth.
    • Say “eeeee-errrrrr”.
  • 8. Warm-up 7
    • Say “l-l-l-l-l-l”.
    • Slowly move your tongue back.
    • Curl your tongue tip.
    • After tongue tip leaves ridge, keep it high but not on the roof of your mouth.
  • 9. Warm-up 8
    • Say “n-n-n-n-n-n”
    • Curl your tongue tip, then pull your tongue backwards.
  • 10. Warm-up 9
    • Say “en”.
    • Pretend you are going to say “en”.
    • Put your tongue tip in place for “en”.
    • Keep your tongue tip wide and touching your top back teeth.
    • Hold your tongue there and say “k-k-k-k”
    • Hold your tongue in that place then turn the “k-k-k-k” into “k-k-k-k-errrrr”.
  • 11. Warm-up 10
    • Say “k-k-k-k”
    • Feel where your tongue is when you say “k-k-k-k”
    • Say “k-k-k-k”
    • Hold your tongue in that place
    • Say “errrrr”
