    6. The Green Zone 80-90% of student population: Students without problem behaviors. Students who understand by being told or by watching others. Can’t serve the red zone without 80% in the green and yellow zone. Need: Understanding of the system
    7. The Yellow Zone 5-15% of the population. Students at risk for problem behavior. Students need practice to get good at what they are learning in the bigger system. Need: Small skills group instruction.
    8. The Red Zone 1-7% of the student population. Chronic/Intense Problem Behaviors Don’t do well in groups, force the environment to respond to them. Need: Individual instruction
