Strategic management can provide a detail scan of external environment and inventory check in the organization. In this way, we can do the right thing and do things right. 1. In most conditions, the mission can’t lead the movement through strategy. 2. The logic of the objectives are unclear, that results in strategy becoming unfeasible. 3.Sometimes it’s uneasy to gain the key point from the complicated environmental analysis. 4. We use to simplify the strategy into several categories, and ignore the strategy must fit the diversity of the premises.
