Trainer Notes • Hard copies will no longer be mailed out with box of materialsDraft Regulations for ALFs • These regulations are not currently in effect • Do not engage in discussions about the draft regs as they do not apply to current facility operations • You may simply state that regulations are subject to change at any time, and providers should keep up to date by visiting the DSS website
