  4. 4. Solution:•  By greening up the laundry mat, we are able to dramatically reduce monthly utility prices and consumption•  We save customers time and money in a self serve laundry mat•  The business is promoted through social media, publicity and networking

Underlying Magic:•  Solar heated water•  High speed, low energy, low water use Spanish made front loading machines•  Intermittent heat natural gas dryers•  Free WiFi and TV lounge•  Kids play area and family friendly washroom•  Environment friendly cleaning products•  Green building products
