Vartana & Citizens Bank Partnership Citizens Bank of Canada Wholly-owned subsidiary of Vancity Savings Credit Union, Canada’s largest credit union with over 390,000 members and $14 Billion in assets. Citizens is the first, and still, the only bank in Canada with an ethical policy that states our position on key social and environmental issues.
