Fairfax Innovation Center <ul><li>Established 1995, the program is a Partnership between the City of Fairfax EDA and George Mason University’s School of Public Policy </li></ul><ul><li>Mixed use incubator, co-located with 5 business development programs: SBDC, PTAP, Mentor Protégé, International Business Accelerator and a Telework center </li></ul><ul><li>Currently occupy 29,000 sq ft, 68 offices, leased to 45 companies, plus 45 virtual clients </li></ul><ul><li>Occupancy varies from 85% – 100%. </li></ul>
