  4. 4. Cont<br />Mental<br />State of being comfortable with yourself, others, & your surroundings<br />Healthy – mind is alert, learn from mistakes, recognize achievements<br />
  5. 5. Cont<br />Emotional<br />How you react to events in your life<br />Healthy – feelings you feel are appropriate responses to events in your life<br />
  6. 6. Cont<br />Social<br />How well you get along with others<br />Healthy – loving relationships, respect the rights of others, being able to keep friends, give & accept help<br />
  7. 7. Cont<br />Spiritual<br />Status of your relationship with God<br />Healthy – You make time for Him each & everyday, He is your best friend, He is #1 in your life<br />The sad thing is that this one is probably our weakest dimensions for many people.<br />
  8. 8. 5 Dimension Wheel<br />Think of the dimensions as a wheel. You need every spoke to be strong in order for the wheel to work well. You also need an extremely strong center piece to support the spokes & wheel. Each dimension needs eachother, effects eachother & most of all needs the center piece. <br />
