        • The GIKI Webteam wants its following work principles officially accepted:
        • The Webteam is not a society and neither to we function as one. We are a team of students that voluntarily design & manage the GIKI website and its related affairs, and our services are officially recognized by the Institute.
        • The Webteam is headed by a Webmaster, who is nominated by the previous Webmaster. All decisions are made after due discussion within the Webteam, and the decision of the Webmaster is the final authority on all matters concerning the GIKI website and the Webteam itself.
        • The Webteam is overlooked by an defined administrative body only whose relationship with the Webteam is of support and is advisory in nature.

        • All hardware and web-content (content/pictures) provided to the Webteam are the sole property of the Institute.
        • All Intellectual Property (IP) on the GIKI website is the sole property of the GIKI Webteam.
        • For the completion of any task in relevance to the GIKI Website and in due domain of the GIKI Webteam, the Webteam must be approached formally via email ( [email_address] ). Only the appointed advisors may approach the Webmaster via phone, and strictly no one else unless permitted.
        • The administration should keep in account that the Webteam is student team, engaged in their own rigorous academics and campus co-curricular commitments, and thereby all tasks must thereby be given at least a duration 48 hours of time for response.

        • The GIKI Webteam, for official recognition of our services by the Institute, wants the following :
        • An annual budget of at least Rs. 40,000 per year .
          • Prospectus vs. GIKI Website
          • Costs incurred for the current www if professionally developed. Maintenance costs separate
          • The use of personal equipment for performing Webteam work e.g. Camera’s, PCs etc
          • Job satisfaction and morale raise for the work-driven Webteam
            • T Shirts, Semester Trips, Dinners, Publicity, Event Arrangements etc
        • Proper accreditation of our services in the yearly GIKI Prospectus.
        • The Webteam, its students and its services must be respected, encouraged and duly acknowledged by the administration.
