  • @angel976 please andgel don't go down that route of starving yourself as you will end up extremely ill and you can't stop once you start your 16 so I suggest if your wanting to lose weight so much try a low fat low carb low sugar diet, eat smaller portions at meals and chew the food slower and for longer, also instead of snacking have a glass of water, increase your exercise try and aim for 1 hour fast walking per day or if you run the same lengh of time, trust me starving yourself is a drain on your body and you can't function.

  • angel,16 i hate to look at myself everyday. i'm uncomfertable at the way i feel i tryed purging but i think anorexia is the better choice i know i have to stop eating but i feel its worth it i just dont know where to start and how? yes i know anorexia you dont eat but still? i need guidence.

  • Jack I would also like to add where on earth did you get the info anorexics can't have kids I have suffered Anorexia for 16years and 6 weeks ago gave birth to my daughter and my friend who has suffered anorexia has two kids aged 12 and 11 and she has suffered anorexia for 20 years and before you ask no we don't share comments on how to lose weight,
    I suggest Jack you get your FActs correct before you attempt to preach, also are you aware that alot of professional people from an Eating Disorder

  • 2. • Do You want to Lose Weight? Do you want a time tested Diet? It is simple. Eat Less and Lose Weight. We all know this. To Lose Weight, Eat Less. • Easier said than done. Here are a few tips to help.
  • 3. • Have a Plan. Write you goals and establish an action plan to accomplish the goals. Be specific with your goal. Be specific with your action plan. For example I will lose 8 pounds this month by not eating sweats. I will eat an apple or orange instead of cake and candy
  • 4. • Track your results. Your goals and action plan should be written in a diet journal. Journal your activity daily. Measure your results. Re adjust accordingly.
  • 5. • Be Prepared. Make sure you have the right tools to meet your goals. If you want to eat more fresh fruit and raw vegetables have them in the house and take them to work. The same with water. Fresh Fruit and raw vegetables help your metabolism and burn calories. Make sure you have water available at home and work so that if you are prepared.
  • 6. • Eat Early, Eat Often, Eat Less, Eat Healthy. • To Eat less to Lose Weight it is important to eat 5 to 6 times a day 2 to 3 hours apart. Start early with a healthy breakfast, have a morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, diner and evening snack. Because you eat often it is easier to eat less and before you are hungry it is time to eat again.
  • 7. • Skipping meals or snacks causes us to over eat because we are hungry. Never eat too much for any meal and as you eat less per meal 5 to 6 times a day your stomach shrinks because you are not over filling it. • As you eat often your metabolism also increases and you burn more calories.
  • 8. • Drink Plenty of Water. This is also known that we need 8 glasses or more of water everyday. Water fills you and reduces your appetite. Water has no calories. Water also helps with energy and your digestive system. If you do not like water add lemon, drink natural tea, or drink 100% Fruit or Vegetable Juice.
