CULTURE PROGRAMMEThe Culture Programme has been established to enhance the cultural area shared by Europeans,which is based on a common cultural heritage, through the development of cooperation activitiesamong culturaloperators from eligible countries (2), with a view to encouraging the emergence of Europeancitizenship.The Programme is aimed at three specific objectives:• promotion of the trans-national mobility of people working in the cultural sector,• support for the trans-national circulation of cultural and artistic works and products,• promotion of inter-cultural dialogue.

GENERAL AIMS OF THE PROJECT:• create a systematic approach to information (spread through workshops, seminars and thepublication o a thematic archive online)• preserve and enhance tangible and intangible assets connected to water (by creating touringitineraries, Virtual Tours, photograph exhibitions and artistic performances on the theme of water)• create and stimulate awareness at European and extra-European level of the need to preserve andenhance these tangible and intangible assets connected to water using
