  • 11. 2) Spotter will bookmark posts & they are reviewed monthly by the influencer andresponses are batch replied
  • 12. 3) Influencer is now more active on the network or can use the information to feed into their management objectives
  • 13. ….but remember to not try to control the voices on yammer as social is a different animal to a corporate communications strategy
