Technical Specification Controller Isolation barrier The logic circuit is galvanically separated from the primary circuit (115VAC/240VAC side) with minimum isolation (3,5 mm) Confirm face output, Alarm output is galvanically separated from all circuits with minimum isolation (3,5mm) Software When the power is put on, the sign will start running and show all 3 faces. During this time the program will measure the time it takes to change faces. With this information, the sign will estimate the exact stopping for the locking of the prisms. After the installation a jumper can be removed avoid this after power failures. Power failure The sign will give alarm during power failure. Signs equipped with a 24VDC system and a spare power supply can be set to turn to a emergency face during power failure Check up The check up means that a couple prisms will move a few degrees (present face will not change) and then back. The check up should be initialised from external communication link. This is done by giving a second command on present face over the local buttons, face commands or RS 485 link. This can also be done automatically at a pre-set interval (10, 60 min or 24 h). If automatic check up is required, pls confirm interval with order.
