Warrantech Corporation today announced the hire of Dominic Sansone as president of Warrantech Automotive. Mr. Sansone assumed his new position on March 2.

Warrantech Automotive. Mr. Sans one assumed his new position on March 2. As
president of Warrantech Automotive, Mr. Sans one will be responsible for developing new
distribution channels, expanding relationships with dealers, and increasing sales of
existing product lines, creating innovative new warranty/service contract programs, and
structuring the division for future growth.

Dominic Sans one, 52, is a recognized leader in automotive industry with almost 30
years of sales, marketing and executive management experience. Most recently, Sans
one was executive vice president of sales of Interstate National Dealer Services. Prior to
his work at Interstate, Mr. Sans one was president of Dominic Sans one & Associates, a
national consulting business specializing in automotive service contract sales,
marketing and products. He also held senior management positions at a number of
other companies including ACE USA, American International Group, and Sans one
Auto Network. Mr. Sans one attended Northwood Institute in Michigan and majored in
automotive marketing.
