  • 3. Cut – remove text from its original location and place it in a new location. Copy - the duplicate text can be placed in a new location while the original text remains in its primary location.
  • 4. Procedure
    • Cut
    • Highlight the text that it to be cut.
    • Click the Cut button in the standard toolbar.
    • Click the Paste button in the standard toolbar.
    • Copy
    • 4. Highlight the text that it to be copied.
    • 5. Click Copy button in the standard toolbar.

  • 6. Procedure
    • From the View menu, select Toolbars then select Drawing .
    • From the insert menu, trace to Picture
    • and select WordArt . Or click the wordart button
    • in the Drawing toolbar
    • Click to select the desired WordArt style and click OK
    • 4. Specify the desired Font and Size.

    • In the Window, type the text you want to appear in decorative WordArt style.
    • Click OK.

    • Click to place the insertion point where you want to insert the clip art.
    • From the insert menu, trace to Picture, and click Clip Art .
    • In the Search for field , enter the type of image (Computer, business) , click Go .
    • Click to select the image you want to insert.

    • Click to place the insertion point where you want to insert the Picture.
    • From the insert menu, trace to Picture, and click From File .
    • Navigate to the folder or disk drive where the image is stored.
    • Click to select the image you want to insert.
