    • Flight departure and arrival choices are v. important.
    • Set your watch to destination time.
    • Fresh air and exercise are the only fail-safe methods.
    • Children adjust more quickly.
    • Create a plan for handling disrupted sleep schedules in advance.
    • It’s worse on the return journey – plan ‘downtime’ day after you return home.

    • Medical records: emergency contacts, vaccinations, prescriptions
    • Insurance: know the limits of your policy for travel coverage.
    • Travel Insurance: trip cancellation, evacuation, transportation.

    • Child safety: child-proofing your accommodation.
    • Common child health issues while traveling: ear pain in flight, motion sickness, diarrhea.
