Itmay create costly negative consequences uponfailure to attain a goal.Making a commitment might be something likehaving invested your savings in your new businesswhich you will lose if it fails. Motivation andcommitment are specific to your situation and lifeand only you can form statements that will ensureyou reach your goal the quickest.The more personal you make your motivation andcommitment statements for each goal, the moremotivated you will be to accomplish your goal.
