All Carers receive an individualstar assessment of their needs.•Support to access information, day care,respite breaks, Carer support groups,counselling, volunteer opportunities andaccess to an independent advocate.•Plus NEWCIS general service-Forexample-employment and educationfacilitator, social opportunities etc.

RURAL AND COASTALAREAS• To encourage referrals from these areas of Flintshire to create a more equitable service for Carers.
6. New Male Carer Group• To provide a new Male Carer group for Carers living in Coastal/Rural areas of Flintshire.• To reduce social isolation and enable Carers to maintain their caring role.
