(2) Check the differential pressure between the machine gas and the seal oil. (3) Check the oil level in the vacuum tank and float trap. (4) Check the liquid detector sight glasses. (5) Check the hydrogen purity and flow meter indications. (6) Check the operation of the seal oil vacuum pump and check for excessive accumulation of moisture. (3) Check the operating condition of the vacuum pump, and discharge the drain in the oil separator until the oil level reaches the normal operation level.
