  • 3. Name Of Center Pak Venture International Organization (PVIO) (Non Formal Education And Health Centre For Children And Youth)
  • 4. CENTERS TO BE OPENED: In the first phase Two centers will be established in the following each District of Pakistan. ⇒ PUNJAB: Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Lahore, Multan, D.G.Khan, Bahawalpur, Muzaf farghar, Sialkot, Jhelum. (Total 22 Centers) ⇒ SINDH: Larkana, Sukkur, Khairpur, Hyderabad, Karach i, Jacobabad. (Total 6 Center)
  • 5. ⇒ Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Swat, Manshera, Mardan, Peshawar, kohat, Ba nnu, D.I.khan. (Total 14 Center) ⇒ Baluchistan: Quetta, Gawadar, Jaffarabad, Kalat, Sibi, Nasir abad, Lasbela. (Total 10 Center) ⇒ Islamabad: ( Total 3 Centres) ⇒ Gilgit baltistan: Gilgit, Ghizer, Sakrdu, Chilas, Shanche. (Total 10 Centers)

Activities We will provide following activities at the each center to the following age of all children & youth Including  Street children  None going school Children  Orphans children  Deserving Children & Youth : ⇒ 7 -11 years children. ⇒ 11 -17 years boys and girls. ⇒ 17 -25 years youth male and female.

Activities Scouting , Camping , Sports Spiritual Development Activities Social Development Activities Intellectual Development Activities Physical Development Activities ⇒ The Children and Youth wants: Adventure Good fun Comradeships A feeling of Achievement Outdoor activities Social life
  • 8. VOCATIONAL TRANING WORKSHOP: At each center we will provide following basics training in the following fields free of cost to all children and youth: Arts Electrician Carpentry Tailoring Computer Electronics Plumbering
  • 9. SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES AND TRAINING First Aid. Public Health. Conservation. Civil Defense. Rescue. Fireman Ship.
  • 10. HEALTH CARE CENTRE The Pak Venture International shall provide free medical help and assistance through well equipped health care center to needy and deserving people doctor and medical facilities will be available at centers. ⇒ AREA OF ONE CENTER /CONSTRUCTION     One center to be established in TWO TO FOUR canals area To be constructed two rooms and one store, bathroom, common kitchen. Camping sports ground will be available at each centre. To be constructed six rooms for vocational training workshops. ⇒ CENTER MANAGEMENT        Leader of the center (1) Assistance leader (2) Instructors (6) Gardner (1) Gatekeeper.(1) Helper.(1) Storekeeper.(1)
  • 11. EQUIPMENTS CAMPING MATERIALS: Tents, Sleeping bag, rucksack bag. FURNITURE: For Rooms and store. MEDICAL: Equipments Equipments for training workshop. Kitchen crockery and utensils for kitchen. Facilities will be available for 100 Children and Youth at a time at the centre.

BENIFITES FROM THE PROJECTS: The following benefits for the children and youth especially Street Children’s Labour Childs Poor Childs Deserving Children and Youth. Children and Youth Work Collecting Waste Paper, Children Working Car Wash Points Working at Tea Stall Small Hotels Work Selling Ice Water Newspaper and Begging Pick Pocketing Steer Children and Youth ⇒ Develop good citizenship among children & youth in Pakistan by forming their character. ⇒ Promote their spiritual physical, Mental, and social development. ⇒ Train them in habits of observation, obedience and self reliance.

Estimated Cost  Teach them services useful to the public and vocational training useful to themselves.  The project focuses on children & youth who live in the street and have no proper home environment or parental support to receive the benefits from this project.  Significant change in behavioral pattern of the street children.  Gain their trust by giving love and affection  Gain their confidence by repeated visits and interaction with them. ⇒ ESTIMATED COST (RECURRING AND ONE TIME EXPENSES) OF THE ONE CENTER ONE TIME EXPENSES Purchase of land two to four canal area If purchase of building or ground Construction of area store, Bathroom common kitchen and beautification of the area. Construction of six Rooms for Vocational Training workshops. Total: Rs: 4 million Rs: 6 million Rs: 2 million Rs: 2 million Rs 14 Million

  • 15. Recurring Expenses For One Year Management Salary for leader of center (In charge) Assistance leader of center (Two) Instructor (six) Gardener, Gatekeeper ,helper, storekeeper. Fuel for the vehicles Maintenance of ground and office; 50,000 x12= 600,000 30,000x2x12=720,000 20,000x6x12=13,40,000 15000x4x12=7,20,000 20,000x12 =2,40,000 10,000x12= 1,20,000 Grand Total = 37.5 million (One Centre)
