      • The greater the age, the lower the use of computers and ICT in general.
      • Older women make less use of ICTs to senior males.
      • The use of ICT by older people has increased significantly in recent years.
      • Mobile phone is the ICT resource most valued by older.
    9. Barriers and solutions
      • The main barrier for older people is the initial access.
      • Efforts should be directed to an initial approach to technology.
      • Older people who have had an initial approach to ICT tend to become regular users.
