Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) • Instrumen penilaian yang berisi 100 pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana individu akan merasa atau bertindak dalam situasi ttt • Mengklasifikasikan orang menjadi 4 tipe utama: – Extrovert/Introvert (E or I) = ektrovert/introvert – Sensing/Intuitive ( S or N) = tajam/intuitif – Thinking/ Feeling (T or F) = pemikir/perasa – Perceiving/Judging (P or J)= memahami/menilai • Klasifikasi tersebut kemudian dikombinasikan ke dalam 16 tipe kepribadian
