Widened the product base and vendor base for Trident Buying House in South India. Computerized the entire order processing operations right from order placement to approvals and shipping in TBH. Successfully handled the Chennai SEZ Unit of TBH, right from project report preparation to commencement of the unit. Developed a quality manual and vendor manual for Sabare International (first of it’s kind in India) in coordination with the Textiles Committee.
