    You have seen great technical demos today.
    But, During that session, I won’t talk about technologies, Polycom existing products.
    But, I would like to share with you my PoV on how our solutions can solve business needs driven by LoBs.
    The heading of that session is Video-Enabled Business Processes but I could have also used “Changing the conversation”.

    “Why Changing the conversation”, LoB or business Unit will be more and more involved in IT decision-making process.
    And Video-enabled business process will help us to address that fact. During that session, I will illustrate my speech with four examples we can already demonstrate., TODAY.

A web user connects with a knowledgeable agent based on page being viewed with a button click. 4) Agent logs into contact center application. Pre-defined skill set dictates which types of calls she will handle. 1) Customer access to the Web Page, and choose a domain of expertize. 2) Customer clicks on “call agent” button and is launched into a video session. 3) Skills based routing engine redirects call to proper agent queue.
