In this presentation from eComm 2008 in March 2008, Voxeo CTO RJ Auburn talks about what's wrong with developing phone/voice applications today, how they can be done better, and then walks through a sample application showing how easily call presence information could be sent over to a Twitter account using open standards like CCXML.
