  • 1. A2:Empathy map DESIGN THINKING ACTION LAB , BY STANFORD UNIVERSITY
  • 2. Scope of the problem Customer (startup owner) with limited funding, who tries to get his mvp (minimum valuable product) done and looking into options to partner with the team or company. He also seeks for angel investments, but his access to venture funding is limited until he does not have product, or proof of the concept for his idea. In order to pay reasonable price for development he looks for the options to partner with the team or company in Ukraine
  • 3. Hear It's very hard to find responsible skilled team for your startup While you are paying for full competent developers, in reality you get juniors You will spend a lot of money and will not get job done Even if you have designed in details idea of your startup - they will find a way how to do job wrong It's very hard to communicate with distant teams, especially when you have 8--10 hours of time difference Choose India company - it's classic. They will steal your idea
  • 4. Feel How to find right team for long cooperation How will I communicate? How can I make sure that things are implemented right He feels unsure
  • 5. See High skilled staff Competitive rates English speaking managers and developers Number of companies on a market with different hourly rates Success stories from customers who already entered market Number of companies and individuals to partner with
  • 6. Do Tries to perform some initial screening for individuals, teams, and companies Looks for zone where investors, startup owners and teams in Ukraine meet each other would be really good
  • 7. Pain Waste of time and money in case of wrong match
  • 8. Gain Implemented idea.. New rounds of investments. Profit 
  • 9. Problem statement As a startup/idea owner with limited funding Who want to enter abroad Ukraine market for IT services I need to be able to find right team who can implement my idea And need some [online] meeting place who can get me in touch with individuals, teams and companies who are able to implement my idea.
