    5. Know and Love Your Voice ๏ Your voice is unique. ๏ Understand it and its needs. ๏ Learn to respect your voice. ๏ Protect your valued asset.
    6. Caring For Your Voice ๏ Your voice is your instrument. ๏ Your vocal folds are delicate. ๏ The voice is extremely vulnerable.
    7. Avoid Before Recording Use of Voice External Nuisances Yelling and or screaming Alcoholic beverages Talking too long on the phone Cigarettes, second-hand smoke Perfume, smelly hair products, and so Crying on
    8. Keeping Your Voice Healthy ๏ Wash your hands often and thoroughly. ๏ Stay away from people who are sick. ๏ Take vitamins, hydrate, sleep, and eat well balanced meals.
    9. Warming Up Your Voice ๏ Drink plenty of fluid to hydrate your vocal folds. ๏ Start with gentle warmups like humming. (Examples) ๏ Work your articulators and resonators.

    11. Don’t Forget to Breathe! ๏ Breathing and support is fundamental. ๏ Support from your diaphragm to project your voice. ๏ Use each supported breath to shape a phrase.
    12. What Did You Say? ๏ Be conscious of how you sound. ๏ Watch your diction. ๏ Project your voice and do not mumble.
