  • GREETINGS FROM VNS ENVIRO BIOTECHQ SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DIVISION TECHNOLOGIES
  • INTRODUCTION TO VNS ENVIRO
    • VNS ENVIRO BIOTECHQ envisions a safer ecological environment which has led to the development and integration of cost effective, highly efficient and secured solutions rendering rendering the earth clean & green and Water on this Planet Pure & Safe .
    • We, at VNS deliver comprehensive single-source solutions and Services along the Design- Build - Operate - Maintain -Service- Consult Chain.  The chosen model is concept to commissioning. Focus is EMS ( Environment Management Systems ).
  • SPECIALIZATION BIOTECHNOLOGY plays an important role in keeping our earth pollution free and helps to progress faster towards the goal of GREEN WORLD. We regard our endeavors aimed at the conservation and ecological utilization of the world's most valuable resource as both a daily challenge and a social responsibility. Moreover, we believe that these activities constitute a major investment in a future life that will be worth living. VNS ENVIRO BIOTECHQ an Environmental Biotechnology Organization offers solutions for Solid Waste Management and water & effluent treatment for industrial and domestic applications. We offer sustainable way that can serve as the economic basis for a region and provide enhanced quality of life for all kinds of spaces- from Factories to Institutions and from Office to Home.
  • High End-Solution Provider
    • Our Solutions Span the Following Areas:
    • Solid Waste Management
    • Effluent Treatment Plants
    • Sewage Treatment Plants
    • Recycling R.O systems
    • Microbial Cultures
    • Deodorizer
    • Textile Effluent Decoloriser
    • Chemicals for Water & Waste Water Treatment
    • Operation & Maintenance
  • STRENGTH OF VNS ENVIRO VNS undertakes design, engineering, execution of Solid Waste Management by state of the art internationally accepted and implemented technology. We are also commissioning Water and Effluent treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, waste water recycling systems, mineral water plants BIS approval to installations of drinking water plants, portable drinking water systems. VNS ENVIRO BIOTECHQ is a consortium of engineers, technocrats, consultants, microbiologists, chemists experienced in water and effluent treatment engineering, chemical analysis, chemical treatment and biotechnology.
  • ISSUES CONFRONTING ORGANIC SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
    • Solid Waste Management (SWM) includes all activities that seek to minimize health, environmental, & aesthetic impacts of solid waste. B ad W aste C ollection P ractices & I mproper S olid W aste D isposal C ontribute to
Local episodes of disease, Regional water resource pollution, and Global greenhouse gases . The anaerobic degradation of waste in landfills produces methane, a gas that is 21 times more potent than carbon dioxide.
  • IMPROPER SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT LEADS TO FERTILE LANDS BECOME BARREN . HELP FIGHT GLOBAL WARMING Impact on Environmental quality takes the form of foul odors and unsightliness. The uncollected waste is dumped indiscriminately in the streets and in drains, contributing to flooding, breeding of insect and rodent vectors, Spreading diseases
  • COME , JOIN SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT IN COLLABORATION WITH VNS ENVIRO BIOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ALONG SIDE ITSA - A GLOBAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPANY & BIOBIN TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD.,
  • BiobiN Technologies
    • BiobiN: On-site in-vessel compost initiating system for organic waste management End Waste used in supply chain for compost
    • Developed in the late 90’s to initially manage mortalities for chicken industry leader Inghams Chickens
    • Expanded use into organic waste management: retail food, food manufacturing, wineries, wildlife parks, etc.
    • Growing interest for BiobiN due to commercial benefits, society awareness, environmental policy, and increasing landfill levies
  • BiobiN Process
    • The BiobiN Composting Process:
      • Sealed Bin Design
      • Aeration System
      • Biofiltration System
      • Temperatures Increase
      • Odours kept to a minimum
      • Bacteria kept to a minimum
      • Organic waste break down
      • The aeration and biofiltration system can be positioned internal or external to the BiobiN
  • What actually happens in a BiobiN?
    • Organic waste ( food and green waste ) commences decomposition
    • Like a garden compost system, the organic waste goes through various phases of breakdown
    • The BiobiN aeration system, forces air through the waste, giving fresh flows of oxygen, enabling and balancing the heat build up from oxidation, and driving decomposition
    • Adequate oxygenation reduces, or completely removes odours and bacteria
    • Essentially the BiobiN provides a balanced environmental condition, enabling principally thermophilic organisms to utilise oxygen to initiate the decomposition process
  • BiobiN features
  • BiobiN Filling Process
    • Waste can be collected in various size bins and emptied into the BiobiN
    • Biodegradable plastics such as bags can also be deposited into the BiobiN
    • Various waste, including cardboard cups, paper and other carbonous materials can be added to the BiobiN
  • BiobiN Waste Streams
    • BiobiN can take any organic waste
    • BiobiN can provide picture signs as required to drive BiobiN effectiveness
  • Where are BiobiNs in use?
    • 50+ chicken producers around Australia
    • Defence sites
    • Hospitality Convention centre
    • Shopping centres: Centro Colonnades
    • Food manufacturers: Arnott biscuit factory
    • Supermarkets: Coles Burnside
    • Wineries: Orlando
    • Schools: Woodcroft College
  • TECHNICAL BACK-UP SERVICES
    • Repairs & Maintenance of Biobin
    • Training & Development
    • Production & Marketing of Organic Manure
    • Education & Awareness
  • BENEFITS TO FARMING
    • Organic farming and ranching are not only more cost-effective, they are more productive.
    • Increasing soil organic matter to improve carbon sequestration simultaneously improves soil fertility and increases food production .
    • MOU With ITSA Australia, counter signed by Premier South Australia who inaugurated the BiobiN equipment to process Organic waste into Compost
NEW TECHNOLOGY Premier Hon. Mike Rann inaugurating BiobiN at Chennai.
